Can I get a refund?

Refund requests are evaluated case by case and should be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase. Once texture generation, token usage, or any download/stream of the digital service begins, the delivery is considered complete and the statutory right to cancel expires. Refunds may be refused if we see evidence of fraud, manipulation, or other abusive behavior.
